How do I create a new user account?In order to register for courses online, you must have an account with VCU Summer Workshop Series. Creating an account gives you online access to enroll in courses, view your registration history, change your address and more.You can go to our Sign up page to create a new account. Note: you must have an email address to set up an account with us. The Wait page will be displayed to you while the system is waiting for credit card approval. DO NOT move away from this page (click your Back button, select another URL, etc.) until the process is completed. If you do, the approval process is aborted and you WILL NOT be enrolled in the course. When/how do I pay my tuition?Tuition is billed separately through VCU Student Accounting. You pay through your eServices account, SWS staff, or your instructor will help you out with this.Student Accounting Which methods of payment do you accept online?All major credit cards are accepted.When are my fees due?All fee balances are due by the first day of class.How do I pay tuition?VCU Student Accounting will bill you directly in August. Tuition is $550 per course, regardless of state residency. When will I get my VCU credit?Credit will officially appear on your VCU transcript at the close of the fall semester in December. Unofficially, you can see your grade through your online transcript via your e-services account. Your instructor and the SWS office will help you set this account up. Please talk to your instructor about your grade if it is not visible online in a timely fashion. |
