Description
Effective leadership requires emotional intelligence and the ability to foster inclusive, collaborative environments. This course focuses on building emotional intelligence (EQ) and leadership strategies that promote inclusion and belonging. Participants will learn to lead with empathy and purpose, strengthening workplace relationships and creating environments where diverse perspectives are valued. Participants will also have the opportunity to apply their learning through an optional oral presentation demonstrating key course concepts.
