Description
This online, asynchronous course explores global health dynamics and ecological interdependence in public health systems. Learners examine how globalization, research, and cross-sectoral collaboration contribute to the prevention and management of health threats that transcend national and species boundaries.
Course Outcomes- Explain how globalization affects global burdens of disease.
- Explain an ecological perspective on the connections among human health, animal health, and ecosystem health (e.g., One Health).
