Description

A study by the American Management Association (AMA) found that managers spend over 20% of their day handling conflict. The same study identified conflict management as the only management skill positively correlated with higher earnings and career advancement.

This course provides a practical conflict management model to help you identify, address, and resolve conflicts effectively, improve team performance and collaboration, and foster a more productive and harmonious work environment. Through case studies and real-world applications, you’ll learn proven strategies for handling workplace disputes and improving communication.
