Description

You don’t need to be an accountant to make informed business decisions, but you do need to understand the numbers. In this course, Accounting and Finance for Non-Financial Managers, you’ll build confidence in interpreting financial data, understanding accounting principles, and using financial statements as a decision-making tool.

This course introduces core accounting and finance concepts in a clear, practical way. You'll explore the seven steps of the accounting cycle, the purpose of financial planning, and how to evaluate a company’s performance based on liabilities and financial statements.

By the end of the course, you'll be able to use financial information to make better decisions, communicate more effectively with financial teams, and contribute to your organization's strategic goals.
