Prerequisite: Foundations of Instructional Design: Introduction to Instructional Design
This course provides a comprehensive exploration of needs assessment and learning analysis as foundational components of effective instructional design. Participants will learn to identify and analyze the specific needs of learners and organizations, enabling the development of targeted educational solutions. Learners will specifically compare needs assessment in both higher education and within the industry as well as what to do with this information to create an effective report. This asynchronous online course should take about an hour a day for 4 weeks (15 - 20 hours) to unlock your digital badge.
