Registration Deadline: Registrations will be accepted through March 24, 2025. The early bird registration rate will be available through February 24, 2025.A coupon code is available for VCU alumni and current VCU and VCU Health System Employees. Any available coupon codes must be used/applied at the time of enrollment, cannot be combined with other discounts/coupons or waivers, and will not be retroactively applied. Upon registration, you will receive a URL/Link in order to access the course in the Canvas Learning Management System. Follow the link and then choose "Enroll." Login instructions will be available within the provided link as well. Using a personal (non-VCU) email address is suggested. Access to AI application
To complete course activities, access to an AI account will be required. Registered participants will need to secure access to an AI application by creating an account prior to the start of the course. Free AI application examples include: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
A registration may be cancelled through March 21, 2025 to receive a full refund. Requests for cancellation must be received via email at ocpe@vcu.edu. Refunds cannot be processed once the course material has been accessed.
In the unlikely event that this workshop is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including change or cancellation charges to include but not limited to airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
Transfer Policy:
Registrations may be transferred to a different person if requested by March 21, 2025, in writing via email at ocpe@vcu.edu by the cancellation deadline. The participant must meet all prerequisites or qualifications required by the program.
