Through storytelling, you'll learn to build resilience, foster compassion, and rediscover joy. This course invites you to explore deep themes of trauma, abundance, joy, hope, and purpose, all while gaining clarity and confidence in your identity.

Tailored for open-minded, curious, and empathetic individuals, this course will guide you through discussions on trust, toxic stress, and the familiar trauma responses—flight, fight, fawn, or freeze. The instructor will create a safe and supportive environment for your healing journey, encouraging you to transform your relationship with the world. As you develop your storytelling skills, you'll also learn to hold space for others, fostering a community of mutual healing and understanding.

This course is also particularly beneficial for professionals, such as therapists, counselors, and educators, who wish to guide their students or clients in utilizing storytelling as a powerful tool for healing. By the end of this course, you'll be equipped to write and share stories that express your dreams and desires, strengthening your sense of identity and purpose. Through narrative therapy, you'll find empowerment, pride, and the confidence to inspire others on their healing journeys.
